Amanda Carroll is one of the most recognized talents in Christian radio. Amanda worked afternoons at KSBJ-Houston. She went on to co-host the morning show at WGTS 91.9 in Washington D.C., and then landed the midday host position on K-LOVE. In addition to her work with Free FM, Amanda also hosts a daily blog to encourage single moms at www.amandacarroll.org. She sits on the advisory board and speakers bureau for The Life of a Single Mom Ministries and often speaks to women’s conferences and gatherings. Amanda is a true encourager.
Bruce Douglas, known as the “minister of information”, grew up in the Detroit area. With a degree in broadcast journalism at the University of South Florida, he worked radio news for years before people figured out he was funnier and more entertaining than the regular host! Bruce has been a popular morning radio host for quite some time. He also serves as a church elder and is a mature Christian communicator.
Brian Strickland, a Florida native, grew up playing in a variety of bands, working on musical projects in every genre. A few years after a powerful conversion to Christ, Brian jumped onto the airways and discovered a gift he never knew before. Brian truly connects with listeners, in fun to hear, and is great on the phones. Brian is also a worship leader. He and his wife are actively involved in their church and missions.
Melissa Stover has a degree in broadcasting from Penn State, and has enjoyed working in radio and television for quite a few years. Proud mom of two, Melissa relates to the army of mothers in child-rearing years and is a good friend and favorite of listeners.
